Actually, it's a recurring theme throughout the seasons.. On the season 1 soundtrack it's called 'A good lighter', on the season 2 soundtrack it's called 'Reuniting the Fleet' and on the season 3 soundtrack it's 'Admiral and Commander'. They're all roughly similar, so it's hard to say which one it is. Personally, I'd say it's 'A good lighter'..
