So I got a letter saying BOA was gonna pay $410 million for overdraft fees from 2001-2011. I don't know how many overdraft fees I had between that period but probably 5-10. Does this mean I will get $175-$300 credited to my bank account?

Fuckers say they can't identify accounts between 2001-2003 though. BS.

so my kids mom, had a FRAUDULENT account opened in her name in 2007 the activity on this account ended up conflicting with her REAL account and freezing it and the funds in it about $900.00 . she tried to open a wachovia account an that got red flagged because of FUC%ennn BANK OF AMERICA luckily we were able to get the money out first!.

please help other then threatoning lawsuits are there pro bono lawyers that will help her gain her LIFE back ? how much would clearing this up cost...

BofA jacked my rate up when a payment was late one day and it was scheduled automatically through them. THEY PAID IT LATE ON PURPOSE!!! Then on another card that went over the limit for a week they jacked the rate up to 30% but forgot to call me and let me know that I was $100 over the limit. Seriously. $100 + - over. I paid off the card and threw it away. But you should keep those cards after you pay them off because your credit rating depends on how much credit you have access to. A holes.

It seems that they sold a lot of information to some big businesses. ( I can only guess that the businesses bought our credit and private information so that they can see if they can pre approve us for unsolicited credit.
