Faithful to the original at least. Sadly/ thankfully CGI and the annoying Cheyrl Cole nee Tweedy wern't around in the early 80's which is the only giveaway that this is a remake. Also the BBC would blank out brand names like "Heat" rather poorly back then using masking tape etc because of copyright issues.

I never found Mr Noseybonk scary as a kid. Try watching him speeded up to the same tune as a few of the Noseybonk clips were done originally and you'll see he's not scary at all.
