yep, there are some dragon ball z-esque moves in Disgaea 3. The dragon one is special beam cannon, and Marjoly has a spirit bomb.

Good to see the classic Demon Blast with Revya and Gig. That's the only reason I played Soul Nomad because that animation never gets old. Only thing I'm not gonna like is that you have to magichange him... and magichanging is gay because they have a set amount of turns they can be in that form X.X

Yeah, for the most part, the Disgaea series doesn't connect well enough for you to have needed to play the games in order. The only thing you'd be lost on is the original characters, Laharl, Etna, and Flonne. But that's not too big of a deal. In fact, the Disgaea series is similar to the Final Fantasy series in the way that the games don't follow a single storyline with a single set of characters. Every game has a new story with totally different characters so you can play them in any order.

Yes, but also, in 0:08 the Dragon with being impaled (By the spear) then throw a egg from his mouth before die, the same dragon hatch form the egg is another Dragon Ball Reference (The escene where the first Piccolo dies). The attack in the 3:40 is similar at the escene where Gohan kill Cell (His attack is not strong enought until Goku spirit appears and give him moral support)

Is me or... when Gig fuse with Reyva and use the strongest skill did they reduced the hit of it? And I liked the old transformation better with white hair and heartbeat OTL.

The attack animation during it's most impressive phase (The ridiculously awesome midair combo and the final cleave at the end) is identical to the original outside of aesthetics (Less after images, sword swing paths are light red, and the way she swings her sword isn't as dynamic). The only time the number of hits are reduced is the opening combo(Reduced to 4 hits instead of 8). And yeah I like the original Demon Blast better, but the D3 version is still pretty cool.

Well, he says "Ore-sama chikara misette yaruze!" which, when you boil it down, basically means "Now I'll show you my true power!" Of course, the way Gig would probably say it in English would sound something like "This is MY power, ***hole!" (Anyone could probably come up with something better).

Once you're able to kill the enemies in House of Ordeals, leveling up should be no problem. Thus, the leveling up in Gig power isn't even necessary.

No, they're exactly the same. Only his normal specials are different from a normal Prinnies. Oh and he can't explode either, which means you don't have to worry every time you lift a character using a magichanged prinny.
