From the style, I am positive this is Jimmy Blythe, there is no way it could be Clarence Johnson, as much as I love his style. This is just pure unadulterated Jimmy Blythe (unless you count the tasteful work of the roll editor as adulteration).
MORE MORE! Phenominal sounding! This sounds like a Capitol roll maybe played by James Blythe. Any chance you could please post the title of the song and roll number?
I'd love to hear more blues tunes if you get the chance. Any chance you have Bow to your papa or "Mr Freddie Blues" on A-roll?
Great discovery! Yeah this sounds like Jimmy Blythe, although I've never heard this particular roll before. Please tell us the tune title! I'm adding this to my Jimmy Blythe playlist!
@AAErikCO This is a song called "It's All Worn Out", which was recorded by the Hokum Boys in 1929. You can hear that performance on track 8 of the Document CD "Complete Recordings: June-December 1929" which I highly recommend. James Blythe is the pianist on some of these sessions, but Alex Hill is on a number of them, too, and Alex Hill was also a Capitol roll artist.
@KawhackitaRag According to a discography I have, Blythe is on tracks 11 through 23 of that CD. I would guess that the pianist before him is Hill, although it certainly sounds like Blythe on the roll version here.

Yes it is, a Style E with single stroke Xylo. A wonderful sounding machine if I might say so.
