Wow, that was kinda なつかしい for me (sorry, I don't know many kanji so I write everything in hiragana). I remember when I lived in Japan and the internet cafe I frequented is exactly as you describe, with your own little private section (with waterproof keypad cover-?) Thanks for the blog!
hey hodad,i don't know where you live in japan, but fedex/kikos is much better off after all.they might charge you more but much betta quality and service. i agree that most net-cafe in japan are geeky and usually combined with manga cafe so there are many otakus chilling out in there hahaha.
I'm half-japanese, and I wish I knew what you were saying, but I must say that River Flows In You remix sounds absolutely incredible, at least what I can hear of it.
Yeah, but Irish accents are awesome too. And some ppl can't understand you, so it feels exclusive! My dad has a lotta Irish friends and some of them are THICK so, I guess I'm a little bit used to it. Yeap, Irish accents, and reading upside down are like, my thing (not really, but semi-true).
I enjoyed your video gxcad, just one point (and its probably because of my low Japanese ability) the music balance made it a little hard to catch what you were saying properly. Anyway, I really like your videos keep up the good work.
shit buddy you look like itachi

unfortunately.. i did not understand 90% of what you said but... yeah i think i know by the title and english parts you said...

I understood about.. 70 percent of what you said as I have learned through anime and jdrama, and by my own ;)
I have never been in a city so I haven't seen an Internet café, but I would like to see one. (I live in a town with around 2000 people)

Well, internet cafes in America vs Japan are very different! And if you got 70%, then thats darn good for self learning! I guess its working!

yah, also got a japanese woman who lives here to help me speak japanese.

Ya sorry it was a little louder than I usually have it. I did it on purpose hehe, I guess I should try to keep it just a background hum.
