yeah it is, thats why you have maximum 10minutes in the ball. as you can see it got very tiring for me after a while to do anything... i guess thats how the workers know its time to come out, when you are just about fainting haha
This is actually a very popular pastime in China. I'm not kidding. .most public lakes will have people doing this here. Somehow it has not caught on in USA.
