First, download the .sf2 file. Then in the folder that contains Mario Paint Composer, rename the soundset3.sf2 file to something else, and rename the new soundfont that you want to use soundset3.sf2

This has a tempo of 2858. Levus used 750 in TTFAF. That's almost four times faster than TTFAF.
