the way you do the extension in the corner is completely the wrong shape and angle and it makes your eyes look all droopy. there is way too much liner on the bottom lid and you should try to put it in the very inside of your eyelid like right where it touches the eye so there is no space in between the liner and the eyeball where u can see the color of your eyelid.

I think you look fine and definitely not ugly. I think the eye makeup is a lil heavy for you because your eyes are fine the way they are. A nice coat of mascara will do(don't pump the mascara please, this makes it clump and dry out), you have nice lashes. Then a lil concealing, lil lip gloss(lip liner if you want). Some bronzer and blush over the cheeks. You are good to go. And you don't need contouring, you got nicely defined cheekbones. the hollowed cheeks look is a lil over the top.

In my opinion the fact that your hair is up in a more masculine style does not complement your facial structure. Not to be mean but youro face is more distinguished then most females, meaning your facial features are more prominant. 10) This is just from personal experience, but try Neutrogena wax-free mascara! It never ever looks overdone or leaves clumps, stays put all day, and is easy to wash off. Great stuff.
I really do hope you try any or all of those, as I think you'd enjoy the result!
9) Speaking of eyebrows... tweeze those suckers! Or wax. Or electrolisis! If you really don't want to, that's fine, but I think you'd like the results if you did, especially if you use a stencil. Just remember, if you're shaping them, take the most if not all from the bottom - it's better to have happy, surprised eyebrows than low, angry eyebrows.
8) Get some color on those lids! The "smoky eye" look only works for formal occasions, not every day. I'm guessing your eyes are brown? In that case, I would recommend purple for your lid, dark brown for the crease (don't do this with your finger, get a pointed/spade-shaped shadow applicator), and either tan or light green for the area from the crease of the lid to the browbone. Don't shade above the browbone, as it (a) looks tacky and (b) lowers your eyebrows.
7) Try lining your top lid with black and your bottom lid with white - this will make your eyes look wider and brighter. You can still use mascara on your bottom lashes (though not TOO much), but keep the black lining off the bottom lid.
5) I personally wouldn't use lipliner and lipstick if I were you, as it's a little too bold - I'd recommend a nice subtle mauve tint, so that your lips don't look naked, but they're not the center of attention.
6) Pull the outer corner of your eye when you line it - it'll keep the skin taut and make for less of a chance for folds/missing spots or for too-high lines.
4) When you apply blush, put a straight edge (like toilet paper or the lid to your blush container) against your cheek so that it creates a line from the corner of your mouth to the middle of your ear. Apply blush over this, then take whatever it was you were holding against your cheek away and swish the brush a couple times against your cheek to soften the line where the object was. This helps keep blush where it should be/avoiding the clown look and emphasizes your cheekbones.
1) Concealer sticks are for spot treatments, not coating your mouth area like a clown! Foundation is what you use on big areas... ie, your whole face.
2) I wouldn't recommend the matte mouse, it tends to wear off after a couple hours and leave your face looking caked/mask-y. I use mineral foundation and it works wonders - light coverage that stays put and gives you a nice even skin tone without feeling like your skin can't breathe.
3) I would use powder blush, as it goes along with tip #4

For green eyes, just replace the "light green" in tip 8 with "light lavender." You can also use tan still.
That's nice that you like your eyebrows, most people are unhappy with theirs. Perhaps that's because society deems they must be thin and trimmed.

Just remember, if you're shaping them, take the most if not all from the bottom - it's better to have happy, surprised eyebrows than low, angry eyebrows.

8) Get some color on those lids! The "smoky eye" look only works for formal occasions, not every day. I'm guessing your eyes are brown? In that case, I would recommend purple for your lid, dark brown for the crease (don't do this with your finger, get a pointed/spade-shaped shadow applicator), and either tan or light green for the area from the crease of the lid to the browbone. Don't shade above the browbone, as it (a) looks tacky and (b) lowers your eyebrows.

7) Try lining your top lid with black and your bottom lid with white - this will make your eyes look wider and brighter. You can still use mascara on your bottom lashes (though not TOO much), but keep the black lining off the bottom lid.

5) I personally wouldn't use lipliner and lipstick if I were you, as it's a little too bold - I'd recommend a nice subtle mauve tint, so that your lips don't look naked, but they're not the center of attention.
6) Pull the outer corner of your eye when you line it - it'll keep the skin taut and make for less of a chance for folds/missing spots or for too-high lines.

4) When you apply blush, put a straight edge (like toilet paper or the lid to your blush container) against your cheek so that it creates a line from the corner of your mouth to the middle of your ear. Apply blush over this, then take whatever it was you were holding against your cheek away and swish the brush a couple times against your cheek to soften the line where the object was. This helps keep blush where it should be/avoiding the clown look and emphasizes your cheekbones.

1) Concealer sticks are for spot treatments, not coating your mouth area like a clown! Foundation is what you use on big areas... ie, your whole face.
2) I wouldn't recommend the matte mouse, it tends to wear off after a couple hours and leave your face looking caked/mask-y. I use mineral foundation and it works wonders - light coverage that stays put and gives you a nice even skin tone without feeling like your skin can't breathe.
3) I would use powder blush, as it goes along with tip #4
