What I do is I call their agent or manager if they have one and tell them the situation or I put them on the infamous Do Not Call list which makes it around the whole LA area. I could tell from the moment he stepped into the audition he was a green actor

I definetly agree you shouldn't put what you don't know on a resume. But as a casting director myself it's very unprofessional to put someones audition on YouTube to mock. An actor should be respected no matter how terrible or unprepared. I've seen this happen before where an actor exaggerates their resume or simply lies. I handle this situation by educating the actor on why it's important to be 100% confidant they can do what's on their resume. A good casting director pulls for the actor th

@starrjack he was giving more than enough opportunities to just stop lying.. there is a difference between exaggerating and lying. He just would not stop lying from the jump. There is another 10 minutes of footage still. This interview happend last summer. If he was just unprepared than this video wouldn't be up. But he just lied and lied and lied. So no sympathy is going to be given here. BUT you make a good point.
