@GreatCommunistEmpire You can make your character in whatever way you want. There are no classes, no "wrong" character builds, and the game is balanced so that there isn't a huge gap between novices and veterans. There is a very extensive variety of clothes/armor/weapons to choose from and the only factor that can limit it is gender/race. The combat system is unlike any other MMO, where you must use a tactical approach to any fight and even the hardest fight may be won that way. It's neat.

lol people who's never played Mabi tend to look down upon it just because it doesn't have advanced 3D technics or glamorous skills like other games. But after giving it a try, they'll realize that a great game isn't based solely on graphics or fighting parts. It has to contain broad and deep contents to make itself entertaining. And that's what Mabi is like - a complete world. You can do so many activities you couldn't even imagine while playing any other OLGs, and that makes it a great game.

Its intellectual on a different level stupid. In mabi, all you need to "decide" is what skill to activate and when. In runescape you need to know what your fighting, get the right equipment, the right inventory, and the right mentality. Your thinking of low-leveled fighting. Once your at lest 75+, you need to switch weps to spec, switch back, turn on prays and switch them, drink prayer pots, manage your familiar so it doesnt go and get itsself killed, manage hp, manage overloads and other pots

not to mention keeping in contanct with your team, and alot of the times its more than one foe, so you also have to kill the minions at a time when they won't respawn before you kill the boss. It's more of a slower strategy game, but it takes more of a brain the mabinogi

Yeah the game is small, and the PvP aspect of this game doesnt even compete with WoW.

WoW has more quests/dungeons/players/items.

Mabinogi is really awesome in that you can make your own music, and it really becomes a fantasy life.

All and all WoW is the better choice (costs less and more replayablity)

You DO realise, mfs123, that Final Shot DOES suck, especially for elves with high ranked Magnum and Ranged. (taken from Wiki: The aiming speed of Final Shot decreases with a higher rank of Ranged and Magnum Shot.)

Not to mention that normal melee+knockdown magic (like Final Hit) cancels the skill. ((also from the Wiki; Final Shot won't be affected by melee in G10S2)

Taken from the JP wiki. The speed is added, not reduced. The NA wiki is far from infallible. This video shows all the effects of the skill, though far from executed perfectly.

That's completely negligible since the skill is the highest DPS skill in the game. Just look it up on youtube and you'll see it correctly.
