  • Is it easy to get a job after you graduate? I want to be a stylist or fashion journalist

  • Can you actually get jobs after graduating. I want to be a stylist but whats the sucess rate of becoming a stylist?

  • I think i may transfer to FIT

  • B4 u get 2 enthusiastic about FIT, I study there and it's NYC! Rude people, rude students, 2 much attitude, ridiculous dressing up to call attention. As people say, "NY ain't "Sex and the City", and FIT isn't a Fashion House. It's full of bitchness, snob teachers and students and it's not for sensitive skins. It's hard work, lots of stress, meaningness, horrible second hand JUKI basic industrial sewing machines, and u have 2 have thick skin to swallow studying there.Don't expect to have friends

  • This video just made me want to go there even more so in 2015,F.I.T here i come!!

  • SOOOOOO CAN'T WAIT TO GET OVER WITH THIS SCHOOL THING I'M SOOOOOOOOOOO IN!!!

  • i wanna go there!

  • NYC is where it's at!(:

  • Is it hard to get in to FIT ? What are some of the requirements or helpful things to have to get into FIT?

  • When will FIT tell you if you got in or not?

  • i hope i qet accepted for fall 2010 !

  • @hOneybaBey123 - Just a word to the wise that the Students Review site has quite a few negative (red square) posts by former students about the school. Perhaps consider a more traditional university of even community college to start. For other accredited college-level programs in art and design: National Association of Schools of Art and Design.

  • I'm currently attending this fall as an Illustration student and I LOVE it so much! It was basically my only option in art schools since the rest are so pricey, and I barely got in by the skin of my teeth. needless to say i've been working hard to prove my spot wasn't wasted! a month later and I already feel so much more confident as an artist. GO FIT! WOOT!

  • i'm wanting to transfer here for fall 2010 :)

  • thanks!! that was cutee

  • I got in for this fall in communcation/graphic design.

Im excited bc money wise its a life saver.

Anyone who has been taking some of theses classes or graduated from it could tell me some would be nice.

FIT is nown for fashion if i went in there for that and got it i would be 100 to go but im unsure bc this isnt fashion(though i do love that world and would hope the graphic design i could gear to that)

  • A beautiful, concise, and well planned quick view of FIT. Great Job. Good luck to those who's on ur comment list, trying to get in. For those who got in, try to finish~! It's a great school. You'll be very proud as an Alumni.

  • hi, i would like to go there, im from spain and i would like to move to new york and study there, what i need to be able to study at FIT?

  • I want to go there too!

One thing I know for sure, is that all international students need to do a TOEFL test, to test your english.

    Good luck! x

  • Hey, about the TOEFL, I have a question as an international student. I got a 620 for my SAT CR section and I'm going to take again to get a 700. Do you think I will still have to take TOEFL? I sent an email to FIT but they said they can't give me a personal response...

    Thanks!

  • go on their website and click on apply to fit. If you are planning on studying an art and design major you have to have a well prepared and professionail portfolio, an essay, and your transcript. You might have to do a couple of extra things because your from another country. Go to their website first

  • I want to get in for fine arts

  • Class of 2011 woooooooooo lol

  • awesome video!!! thankss!

  • I'm thinking of going there. I know I can get in... But it's just so expansive livingin NY. :(

  • actually dorming there isnt too bad and with the tuition even for out-state isnt extremely horrible. Its about 10-14 thousand a year extremely cheap for other top art schools in the city where the tuition is 25,000 no including dorming. With dorm your looking at around 20,000 and who knows what financial aid you can get.

  • class of 2011!!!!!!!

  • I can't wait to go there :D

    I KNOW I'm going there <3 It's my dream.

  • @emmeYEAH me 2
