  • This took me a while, but I really like it now! Idk what it was at first that made me dislike it, but Now that I think about it, when i first listened to coheed (SSTB) I HATED them... As ashamed as I am to say that. Now they are one of if not my favorite band! Odd.

  • Keep your dumbass comments in the dark, nothing matters anymore.

  • Why the fuck doesn't a big media company like "one true media" or whatever the fuck its called, offer a quality setting higher than 240p? What the fuck is this

  • @chippy1032 welcome home

  • best song in the YOTBR album

  • @stubblerr couldn't agree more.

  • Terrible quality.

  • My favorite part is between 0:00 and 3:57

  • I really, really love his clear voice... funny enough, I never listen to this kind of music but coheed and cambria just got me hooked haha.

  • Great song, epic Band... wished my english would be better so i could understand all the story behind the songs!

  • Like half of these lyrics are wrong haha. Badass song though.

  • This is not your playground its my heart..<3

  • i'm not a huge fan of this album really, nut it was good to extent, just not the best.

  • @XxOneDeadHeroxX Most Coheed and Cambria is good to an extent. No one can argue that. They are truly skilled at their craft.

  • Not sure if this has been said before, but it's "your teeth just won't stop chewing at my heart" not "teardrops"

  • All I can think about when I hear this is, "I'M THE JUGGERNAUT, BITCH!!" Yay for being a nerd! ^_^

  • imma shoot my left ball if i dont get their album this month!

  • Comment removed

  • @french4menotu Seriously? FU

  • This is just plain epic.

  • i usually dont comment about the number of dislikers but i couldnt help but notice the irony that there is 9 dislikers, like the movie 9 ;)

  • "So let's hang up some anger

We'll bury our burdens in blood

    So hang up some anger

We'll bury our burdens in blood

We grow stronger Juggernaut" That's wrong. It's "So let's hang US A HANGMAN

We'll bury our burdens in blood So hang US A HANGMAN

We'll bury our burdens in blood

    BECOME stronger Juggernaut" Just sayin'.

  • @Lighningbreaker

When I first heard this song, that part was so hard to figure out.

I'm still not 100% sure if it's just "Hang us a hangman", or if it alternates between that and "So, let's make 'em surrender". I know the lyrics have been released and shit, already, but I still hear it atleast a little bit every time.

  • A unique sound, love the guitar tones, a fast pace and fun rhythm. Not my favorite song from them, but still better than most stuff on the radio. And even my least favorite songs from C&C still sound good to me.

  • 9 people were sucked by the black rainbow

  • You guys are pretty annoying. This is why I love prog rock. Not every album sounds the same and cannot really be compared to one another. You guys are not fans of this type of music if you want the same album and songs over and over again. The thing that makes this genre interesting is the variety it. I don't need two SSTB or IKSOSE: 3. I already have them.

Coheed is one of the few bands that make an effort these days, and I have nothing but respect for them.

  • i love this song!! i got into them from watching the movie 9

  • So every copy of "year of the black rainbow" hardcover or paper is sold out and probably will be for the rest of forever -__- fml

  • i'm glad youtube has suggested DJ Khaled over on the right

  • Did somebody tongue!

  • this is a really good song. but they really need to turn down the background music. Drowning out the guitar and vocals XP

  • Coheed Kicks Fuckin Ass , Fuck All yall !!

  • They get deeper and deeper with not only the music but with the whole story of coheed and cambria. Talented, every album. New drummer, sick!

  • @locustloco He's ok, not even close to as good as Josh Eppard was in the first 3 albums though

  • I didn't know Coheed came out with a new album OMG I love them. My best friend was who got me into them years ago in high school, he's passed away now so I havn't kept up with anything new. but WOW amazing liek always.

  • such a good song man i like the new cd myself

  • this sort of reminds me of the mars volta

  • Please... stop with the bashing of people, music, beliefs on here... i read all of these comments and they piss me off... so stop

  • @SuicidalSecrets anhero?

  • @SuicidalSecrets Ah, don't get pissed off man. Look at it this way: They have nothing better to do than go to videos they know they won't like just to bitch and moan.

  • @jeloseth ....And some people are fans of Coheed and Cambria, or of this style of music in general, but they just happen to genuinely dislike this song/album/whatever. As long as they provide a good reason for their criticism instead of just mindlessly bashing it ("THIS SHIT SUCKS, IF U LIKE IT UR A FAG"), there's absolutely no reason you should get pissed off about it. Keep in mind, someone had to LISTEN to this song to decide whether they like it first.

  • @SuicidalSecrets You are awesome!

  • @SuicidalSecrets As long as there are opposing opinions, there will never be an end to people trying to make eachother feel badly about their opinions. Best just to live in your own world and ignore everyone else. As immature as it is, it works for me most of the time.

  • wow 7 dislikes they pbviously dont know what music sounds like. ( fags)

    this song is the shit

  • What is this song about?

  • @halolcat this new album is by far this worst, and second stage turbine blade was one of the greatest

  • @66Weezy66 hey man watch out, all of their albums are good

  • Coheed's albums, numbered from best to worst:

    1: In Keeping Secrets

    1: Good Apollo I

    1: Good Apollo II

1: Year of the Black Rainbow

1: The Second Stage Turbine Blade

  • @Halolcat the same goes to you buddy

  • @Halolcat best to worst? All the albums are fucking awesome in their own way. there shouldn't be a "best to worst" rating for any Coheed and Cambria album.

  • 7 people was defeated by the Juggernaut.

  • I cant wait for the book that corresponds with this album. it will be great!!

  • @thisboyelroy NERD

  • @gofkyoslf

    DIck.

  • cant wait tilll the 20th there playing live in Edmonton :) thumps up if Coheed Rocks your socks

  • this album has grown on me. I was upset when i listened to it because its so dense and layered, not something Coheed is known for..

But the more i listen to it.. the more i hear Coheed's sound in it. I can almost put this album first, chronilogically, i can almost hear the Second Stage in it...

  • @Samethok thats just stupid..coheed doesnt have any mediocre song

  • 1. Good Apollo Volume 1

    2. Good Apollo Volume 2

    3. In Keeping Secrets

    4. Second Stage Turbine Blade

    5. Year of the Black Rainbow

  • seeing them live tonight about to be amazing

  • seeing them live tonight about to be amzing

  • I don't really know how people like this song more than most others on the album.

Sounds mediocre compared the 90% of the rest of the album imo.

  • good. but not great.

    ok im lying

  • I saw them live and it was awesome!

  • i love the replay button...

  • Suuuuuuuckish. ://

  • @esielove Nigga WHAT!?!?!?

  • what's wrong with the new youtube it won't let me like and favorite this enough

  • coolest album picture ever

  • nice... =j

  • this song is soooo epic. love it

  • will it blend? that is the question

  • @hamburglar551 yes it will. that is the answer

  • @hamburglar551 Aahahaa. coheed blends

  • Ahh I love this song so much :D

Come and check out my guitar cover :)

  • his is epic people should stop complaining

  • I can't follow the concept of their albums...What order is the story in, album by album, or whatever?

    I love the music though:D

  • @crushhhhhh search neverender on wikipedia it tells you the order and this ablum is a prequel to the first in the sequence

  • I dont know why so many people bitch about No World For Tomorrow.... Its a great album. Full of epic songs, And 1000 foot tall guitar parts and some of claudios best vocal work.... ur nieve and ignorant to not see it.

  • @kylejamescarr Agreed, it's awful to hear all the criticism. They should just realize that the Coheed and Cambria story changes, as does the music. It's probably their best as a concept album, in my opinion.

  • @GCool90 Glad to see someone else has the same views. :) And yes i agree with the best concept album. :)

  • so unlike coheed but still so awesome...

  • @bubbabond22 definately, this album and the one before it are so unlike what Coheed used to be, the first three albums are the best. Not saying the new albums are bad, they're just not the same anymore.

  • @Delta1382 Its because this is the beginning of the story... The other albums are the end... No one seems to get that. How can u make the beginning more epic than the end and keep people interested.... Every story teller would do the same.... Or Writing Writer should i say.... :P

  • @kylejamescarr Um okay, if you're going to look at that way, then the next album in story order would be Second Stage Turbine Blade, which is totally different Musically, and the album that is quite literally the farthest from this one musically, yet it follows immediately after this album, that's quite a drastic change in Mood for the story. I was really hoping that this album would, being the prequel to SSTB, sound a lot like it, but I was disappointed. Ah well, good album none the less.

  • @Delta1382 I hear ya man. I was hoping for some more Coheed solo's and what not on this album too... But still cant knock this album. I couldnt write any better and i doubt any of us could. lol

  • @bubbabond22 How can u say its UNLIKE Coheed... when in fact it is Coheed? lol silly people think they have the perfect image of what this band should be... no offence... makes me laugh tho.

  • I was a HUGE fan of Coheed until No World for Tomorrow (which was gawd-awful) came out and then i stopped listening to 'em. Now I may have to start up again :)

  • @JohnnyTiDo I think Claudio himself would tell u to go FUCK yourself for that comment u ignorant prick...

  • "We were stupid, we were CAAAAAAAUUUUGGGHHTT

    NOTHING MATTERS ANY mOOORRORRREE

    so what

    HERE WE ARE JUGGERNAUUUUUOOOOOOO"

    ~Claudio Sanchez

  • one of my favorites by coheed and cambria i love the new Cd

  • ahhh s-so awesome... why did I not buy this last weekend!?! D< *sole mission in life to own this CD now*

  • I love how their songs shift in mood, like theyve always done it.

  • @Greggah wow i never noticed that

  • HERE WE ARE, BITCH.

  • Great band... poor mastering...

  • @JohnHeaven18 If you had bought the album you'd know how much shit you are talking. The mastering is fine.

  • @danfrost313 i borrowed my cousin's cd and it sound so loud and thin(but the music is so fuckin great).. tell me, if i buy this album does it mean the sound will improve?? ok nevermind.. let's just enjoy this song.. Cheers!! ^_^

  • @JohnHeaven18 This song is meant to sound like that man. It's a throwback to Shabutie.

There is nothing wrong with the mastering of this album lol.

  • @JohnHeaven18 your opinion is on the mix not the mastering. All mastering really does elminate stuff like pops in the recorded audio, multiband compress the track etc. Also Get the .wav of the track youtube and .mp3s kill the fuck out of what is essentially a pretty good mix, its well balanced the effects arent in your face etc i could be more specific but the file quality is total shit.

  • MY AUNT'S SISTER MARRIED THE LEAD SINGER OF THIS BAND. NO FUCKING JOKE. SO IF YOU WANNA TALK CRAP, COME AT ME, I DARE YOU.

  • @TheNervousBreakdown really? my friend's brother's, nephew's babysitter once listened to one of their songs. FYI Your Aunt's sister is still your aunt, even if it is once removed.

  • @TheNervousBreakdown Obvious Troll is Obvious.

  • @TheNervousBreakdown So you're aunt's sister is Chondra? Wouldn't your aunt's sister still be your aunt?

  • and i agree 100% with simon far is the best track on this album but thats my opinion

  • You.. do realize that the person talking about Coheed dying in the first album is talking about the Coheed in the story, right? Not the band?

  • i heard this on my xbox off of zune and pretty much got stuck to da song

  • Ok album. They've taken a step back and two steps forward with this album in many respects but I still prefer 'Good Apollo IV' - I just dont think its possible to better perfection and that album was perfection.

  • Nacho Playground!

  • SICK

  • The best song on the album, sadly the only song that has a catchy chorus.

  • @snookion899 Have you not heard 'Far' ?? Best number by far

  • whats down the drown? >.>

  • Worst part of the song... when it ends; I hate that part

  • @oftheFence yeah, I know wat you mean; the music stops and there's nothingness. I hate that shit.... but the next track starts and everything is ok.

  • @oftheFence i hate that part too

  • @oftheFence me too. It shouldn't end so early

  • To the haters.... If you say Coheed is dead the why is it that their shows sellout all the time... and if not all the time???

  • Saw them last night in new york. They were so good.

  • Coheed and Cambria are amazing and always will be

  • is it just me or is it WAY easier to hear the lyrics on this album than the previvous ones?

  • best album yet

  • My theme song. Just plain awesome.

  • This is amazing.

  • Keep in mind that the sound quality on youtube isn't exactly CD quality. The real album sounds a lot better, and the background 'noise' that is present in some songs is a lot less distorted...

  • @Sokaris84 agreed, even my uneducated ear can easily pick out some of distortions from a sample rate. I've got around 20 hours on this album now and it gets better the more you listen to it. It's a trademark of CC that as you listen and become familiar with the song you begin picking up everything that's going on along side the vocals.

  • dont expect a band to sound the same forever

  • the only problem with the new album

the onnnllyyyyyy probleeemmm...is its a lil over produced...it begins to muddy the sound....to much effects and sounds in the background.

  • @HateCrew350 agreed, the sound is good but it doesn't draw me in like previous albums. I spend more time concentrating to hear the melody over the noise.

  • Dude, it's just that we want JOSH back dude.... WHY fucking hate??? It's just that there was a connection there with Coheed and (especially drummers) Josh......

He was (is) the coolest fucker around... I was IN the "Ten Speed" video and I want to tell you, that guy is down.

  • Does anyone else think there's A LOT of stuff going on in the background of the titles on this album? I feels overloaded with sound effects to the point were it doesn't draw you in like previous albums.

  • so much power in this album. they took it farther than they have to date.

  • Honestly this is my favorite album of theirs by far. Chris Pennie brings so much talent to drums... I mean Guns Of Summer is absolutely RIDICULOUS in terms of complexity... and all the songs sound more powerful, more roomy and more griddy because of Pennie. Plus the songs are a little more hard rock oriented at parts than previous albums, kinda like how Muse's Origin Of Symmetry had a grunge sound even though they play alternative.

  • @racethis2007 The drums ain`t that complex. Compared to Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold, ATR and Slipknot etc. He just plays really fast on the snare and the hi-hat.

  • @Jorgenmeistr you just put atr's drummer in the same league as dt, a7x, and slipknots drummer =(

  • @egwidalin Lolz, sorry. :P atr's drummer ain't i the same league as dt, a7x and slipknot. But he is better than coheeds drummer.
