@tifaslover yeah, we do think that. Except when my ass was up against the king cobra cage behind me and I didn't notice... and the king was hooded up and everything... I could have been a quarter second from a lethal bite. That made me think. This one too - made me think. The other day when the damn 5m king cobra came up over the pit and towards me... well, that one made me think too. Gotta be very, VERY aware of what is going on around lethal snakes. Even more aware than I am.

@odsca Jackie doesn't flinch man. I'm not sure what's up with him. He's either confident that he knows the snakes so well, or cocky. He did admit to me he'd never seen a king cobra do anything like this in the few years he's been working with them.

I didn't show it - but this snake strikes faster than any King or monocled cobra that I've ever seen. If I ask them to take it out to play with and video - they're going to charge me because they're putting their lives on the line...
