if anybody wants to know how to make anticuchos, i will be doing a tutorial by this week, just keep checking my channel, I am living in the U.S and its hard to do it grilled, i will cook the anticuchos in a pan, like the chef in this video so no hating please (i live in an apartment)
oK, EVERYBODY..this is PERUVIAN FOOD!!! OKKK noT other places food, iTs PERUVIAN, and we do it outdoors,charcoal grilled..thats how IT gets tender and juicy..the huancaina sauce..honestly i've never seen it served hot...we do it cold and we put it on top of the hot grilled potatoes...the corn really doesnt matter if is whole or shelled,BUT it has to be serrano corn..meaning mountain or andes corn, anyways , IM PERUVIAN AND PROUD TO BE, BUt PEOPLE REMEMBER THIS IS A PERUVIAN DISH..GOT IT??

Hasta donde yo sabía LOS ANTICUHOS SE PREPARAN EN PARRILLA..... Y CON CARBÓN.....NO SE FRÍEN...... EN UNA SARTÉN Y EN LA COCINA.
