I think u have the definition of "relaunch" slightly wrong.

I can explain the process of his relaunch mixer to you though.

1. close HK (2hit) to send your opponent into the air

2. Hold B+MP -> B+HP (2hit combo)

3. Throw a LP (this jab will end your 5 hit combo)

4. Dash Forward (F -> F; not QCF+K ) to cross him up.

5. Throw another HK (this is your relauncher).

It's not a combo, but it's a way of tricking your opponent into not blocking his rear.

while moving forwards or backwards in the air (i.e. not jumping straight up), light kick into forward medium kick. The LK has to hit before it will let you chain into the MK.

(LK -> MK)

The other two air chains ibuki has are HP -> forwards MK and LP -> forwards HP and you can do them jumping in any direction. It's easier to practice them when jumping in on taller characters like hugo.
