Mine is awaiting installation into my new house which should be finished in about a month. The stove looks absolutely fantastic and its form follows its function, which is the right way round. I think people are fed up with 'designer' products that look great but don't work well.
Very interesting designs. . . I'm a fabricator and have had a keen interest in wood stoves since I was a boy in my dad's blacksmith shop. I plan on designing and building a stove for my home in the near future. Understanding the mechanics of the fire, and trying to get the unburned gases to ignite will be a challenge. Were you able to achieve your 80% efficiency you were shooting for??
Most unique stoves I have come across. Looks like a lot of pride going into the design and manufacturing of those stoves. Well done and keep up the great work!
You stove are great. A leap of faith that paid off. You should say you specialise in custom jobs. Had my Sumo now near 9 years. No firebrick adn grate bars to mess with. But concur on the new site. Images take for ever to load.
you can't buy a better woodburner.....ANYWHERE! we've had ours for 18 years with no breakages of anything.they really are built to last and are very efficient, cheers steve.john and rita williams mochrum.
yes, no reason not to use a steel plate ... 6mm thick is ideal

If the glass breaks and you don't have a spare piece you can use a sheet of steel instead.

i cant help thinking that the design is looking a little dated.people want more than geometric lines.all those sharp angles aren't attractive.
