Although Kazakh as the 1st language and Russian as the 2nd language, many music groups sing in Russian to reach a wider audience. It's no different than hearing Dutch, Norwegian, French, and etc. rock bands or pop groups sing in English to reach an international audience.

This is from Kazakhstan.

Some of the singers are ethnic Kazhaks, and some are ethnic Koreans. (200,000 ethnic Koreans were deported by Stalin in 1937 to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan)

The girls are probably either ethnic Russian or Ukranian.

Kazhakstan is a very diverse, multiracial society, living in peace and harmony. Most Kazhaks look like somewhere in between the asian/white spectrum. And there are alot of mixed people as well.
