Hello. I do not know much about shooting, but I know a bit about forces of motion. I see that this young lady has a better stance than others i have seen. Her body is set up more so that the force goes into her rear leg and into the ground, rather than straight back into her body/shoulder as many other vids show. This will prevent her from having long term shoulder damage. But Wouldn't it improve more if the back was not arched? Arched means a lot of force is going into 1 or 2 vertebrae?

Only problem I see is that she isn't facing the target with her lower body and is shooting across herself. Some people like shooting like this when standing though. I prefer to have my feet pointed at the target, but its mostly preference.

She is doing neither of those. She appears to be shooting just fine to me. I lean into my guns when I shoot too but that doesn't mean you have to do it to be accurate. I also shoot .22 target side to just like she is shooting and I do just fine.

Also, 556 and 223 are very different calibers than .22 LR If this is the girl's natural posture then she needs to go see a chiropractor immediately because there is nothing normal with this shooting position. If she was to shoot in rapid succession she would fall over with a position like that. Bad habits are bad habits. Trust me, I'm not disagreeing with you for the sake of disagreeing.
