I love how Meredith is so unsure at first, and then as soon as she gets her friends approval it's like she finally accepts the fact that she wants to get married, and she can be happy again.

And of course, I love it when they show that little bit of the chief smiling because he gets to see "Ellis Grey's little girl" all grown up. He's such a father to her<3
