this annoyed me because 3 times in a row i got the vault there but all three times i died then on the third time i got to bane and he just took off :( so hard but now i have finally got it :)

If you get sapphies, you have a bigger chance of opening the vault first try. I've managed to open the vault 3 times in a row from sneaking by just getting 6 Sapphies on average each time.

If you activated all tge alarm boxes you can kill guards.

This archiement is very easy when vault code was correct. You just get glass cutters and place it. Alarm is ringing after you place it so you dont have to fight police force to get in vault. After get in just wait in vault until escape heli appear on right infront of you.

That Secret door is appearring on pure luck. and vault door it self too. Sometimes you have to trade CFO sometimes drop CFO and kick rich boy's ass. I opened door by trading CFO and there was secret door i couldn't get the diamond though.

Well i've finnaly managed to enter the vault withouth triggering the alarm but there's no door to the right ! Is this because of the script thing or do i have to do something ?

I think you have to hack all alarm boxes VERY fast for it to open like that. After all your contact says "they must have changed the codes VERY recently" emphasis on the very.
