Funnily enough - this is how I started ESE! I always thought that if I did a 2pm-2pm fast I would not be able to keep it, the easiest way was to do a "later" fast.
GREAT idea. Really thanks for this. I did have the hunger issues that prevent me from ongoing ESE. BUT I really would like to keep it as a consistent thing because of what fasting does for my chronic joint pain. (not even counting how it makes me gain strength faster, thats just a nice side effect.) I usually would wake up and go for the day. Onto experimentations! ☺
One big thing that helps me is not to snack and just sit down and eat your full meal all at once! Its seems to me full to the point where my 500 - 700 cal meal is hard to finish!
How many days in a row is it OK to fast?

Of course. Fasting is no different that way. You can get hungry right after eating a big meal, you can get hungry while fasting.
