I saw an email showing the size between planets and stars. I did some digging around on the NASA site and found that it was true. Compared to Antares, a huge, giant star, our SUN can barely be seen. Antares is 700 times the diameter of our sun. I'm amazed at the reality of my own smallness. We are so much like the unborn child - invisible from Antares' perspective, yet fully alive and full of wonder. Size does not determine worth.
I saw the same email and I am looking for it to share it with a friend. Anyone know how to find it?

It might not be Dr. Seuss' original intent, but it is true, all the same! :)

Lets not forget how much effort Dr Seuss put into getting Hortons line away from this

Try VV Cephei or VY Canis Majoris, either makes Antares look small.
Then compare those to our galaxy. Then compare our galaxy to a giant diffuse galaxy. And remember there's billions of galaxies in the universe.
And the idea that Earth is something special to anyone not actually from it becomes kind of as stretch.
