@ohstarsandstripes it's the front door you have to walk up some stairs to get to it. that is the back of the building facing the laundry/car park end, the balcony faces the water. you have to go in and out the front door, there is no direct access from the balcony. most other ground level units you can walk off your balcony straight onto the grass at the front.
