OK, so I made this with cauliflower, snap peas, and portobello mushrooms, dehydrated as you instructed. WOW, what a difference in texture from straight raw! I'll always dehydrate my veggies 2-3 hrs to get this texture! thanks so much for sharing that.
The sauce was too sweet the way I made it (maybe my raw honey was too intense?) so I added some things to balance it out. I added; a touch toasted sesame oil (not raw), asian chili sauce, rice vinegar, more garlic and ginger. YUM!! thank you!!
Right now I'm going all raw none cooked foods cause it makes me feel a lot better. If do have something cooked it will be steamed veggies. I did have cheese and tortillas a few months ago but it made me feel heavy and a got sick. I'm not sure if you saw any of my previous shakes that I made, cause you can use that as a recovery drink, such as the banana shake on episode #20, just use a vegan sweatner such as rasins or dates. I will be making more soon, so stay tuned :)
Sorry everyone about the editing. The video ends at 6:17, I forgot the delete a different sound track which is at the end and that's why it was over 4 mintues longer then it should have been
Thank you Santiago, I greatly appreciate your videos. my sister is a vegetarian but really enjoys watching cooking shows where people prepare meat. I'm not raw, but I really enjoy what you share.
the magic bullet would work great for that sauce...no mess. jus' sayin' :o)

I never thought about freezing ginger! Thank you for that awesome tip!!! I'm always throwing out ginger!
I'm always looking for asian sauces for raw sushi and spring rolls! This looks great!
I bet it would be good over the veggie before you dehydrated them! Like a marinate!
