  • lets be honest, they're all great. But i'm a wu-tang guy from end to end. i mean their sounds produced by the RZA are just unmatched, and you can't beat 9 ill rappers (even when they have a solo album). The Wu will never die!

  • wu-tang is my favorite but im gonna still say run dmc is the best, if it wasnt for them none of these other groups would be here, they brought hip hop to the mainstream. they were the first to do everything, first hip hop music video on mtv, first hip hop artist on the cover of rolling stone, first to go platinum. they are the most influential acts in the history of hip hop. you cant beat that. no disrespect to the other artist on the list, i still love their music.

  • NWA changed the game, the biggest impact in just three years of music while the rest of the groups needed years before turning into legends. Withought NWA the West Coast would be dry and empty and some easy coast rappers woundn't even exist.

  • I would have to say its a tie with NWA and Bone Thugs cause NWA was the most hardcore gangsta rap group.And now on to Bone, they brought new shit to the rap game with all that fast rappin and the harmony plus they put the midwest on the map.

  • Wu-Tang is the greatest.Wu Tang based on nothing known to form their music.Its unique and real.Thanks to Wu Tang east coast rap remained beloved.Also some of of the greatest hip hop names based on the Wu to make a succesful career.Nobody else can go together rap,kung fu and chess in a group and reach the top.Wu rules!GZA 4 Life!
