i just got a double bass because im starting to learn that in my lessons but my instructor didnt teach me technique so should i have my feet planted on the pedal or lift up my heels or use heel toe technique on both feet

well for 1 ur teacher should "TEACH" you lol but. really its up to you. i got my double bass a couple weeks ago and i prefer lifting my heels because it helps me get a little extra bounce
