It is called rfactor. You can purchase it from rfactor(dot)net

Note that it is a full blow simulator, if you dont have a high end gaming pc and force feedback wheel, you wont be able to use it very well at all. Also, the sim is heavily supported by 3rd party add ons.

well never seen anyone else doing left right while braking and its also doing opposite locks in same weird way and thats not even perfect lap :P but pretty good one

It is the AI. This track on rfactor has an AI glitch where it doesn't brake straight in 1 corner
