Nice " I Ka Barra" great song while you do your (Your Work). i was just botteling some beer and cant find any new yeast packets for next weeks batch just got 2 quarts of malt and 2.5 kilos of sugar. I think im going to try and reuse the old goopy yeast at the bottom of the buckets how do i tell if its still alive i still see co2 coming up a little bit?
