Why do you develop the mining cost leg until the end without extending the other legs of the tree simultaneously? Isn't it risky as one can be developing extensively a meaningless leg of the tree?
Just wondering, how come all the sounds in your videos sound nasally? Were the narrator having a flu when recording the video or perhaps audio malfunction?. You might want to consider reworking the videos b/c the audio makes these great videos to be unbearable. Just a thought.

thought i didn't quite understand the railway line suggestion; from what I understand, you are suggesting buying a financial call option online, which can be exercised should the event of excess volume or sporadic demand occur instead of paying the penalty which is the spot price or rights to use the railway line?
