and there will be less hastles and apparently this guys been selling 168+cects and he has sold some hiphones but doenst kno nothing about this altough he has had bugs on other various types of fones and sounds pretty honest so i know hed be good to deal with so i figure that 100-130 price difference just to garuntee me a ledgit copy of the I32 is worthwhile spending those extra few bucks but dare i contemplate spending an extra 150 NZD buying a genuine 8gb and i will more capcity.wat do u think?
Sorry Guys. Never got a replacement Hi phone for the wrong phone (A88) that the Ebay seller jpkpagan sold me. He instead refunded my money. I know some buyers got the right phone but I don't know the outcome.(if the phone does all it's supposed to do including Quad Band, I hear they don't exsist)
If these phones are really to provide an option/competition to the iPhone they should all be true quad band. Lots of sellers claim "Quad Band"/AT&T compatible but it is not the case. AT&T is 850/1900
Wouldn't you say that the A88 is way better than the Hiphone? It has MANY less bugs and you can customize a lot of the features. Check out the new Y32 thats thinner and has java. Also, let us know how you like the A88 from a users perspective. How does is look and feel? What do you not like about it? Etc?
It wouldn't work in my area so sent it back to him for refund. I hear the new Y32 or the LH01 is the way to go. Diane from Zydaglo is expecting and testing them soon! I need java too to run my microsoft outlook calander. I'll keep you posted.
What cell phone company are you using with your hiphone and is it good? I am currently using tmobile prepaid and it is ok but word is that at&t is better. Thanks
Bought a phone from this guy (jpkpagan Ebay Seller) on the 18th, received it Fri 28th. Not an I32, it is an A88!(A88 so called Quad Band doesn't work on AT&T 850 band plus doesn't do the things he advertised, ie "Shake Control" and such..)
Contacted him and he said it was a mix up at the warehouse. Waiting for a resolution tomorrow Sun 30th when he contacts me. He seems to be very interested in making things right. We'll see.
The hiphone is a 3.2" screen (not 3.5"), no speakerphone (yet), and doesn't even recognise a stylus. I don't know what that guy is selling, but it's not the HiPhone we're all used to...the I32. This is a totally different phone, and I'm not sure which phone pictured is what you'll get. Besides the camera on opposite sides for two phones, one has a 2 speaker ports on the back, and the other only has one.

There is a silver phone, a black phone, and a picture of the actual iphone. He uses the iphone to post pics of the internet. And the black and silver phones have the camera on opposite sides. No rhe Hiphone that this guy is selling is not the D800i since yes it doesnt have the rotaion/shake the one he is sellin is the Hiphone I32 and does have the shake/rotation.
i have a hiphone i32, and there is nothing wrong with mine, i bought it off ebay from china, and it reads all 325 songs, and my music videos, the only thing is when i push the sim card button it says no service, but it works great, nothing wrong with it....
It might be working great now maybe you got the new firmware so you don'y have to worry about problems but there are many people that it doesnt work good for.
Well The price is great but why buy a phone that you can't do anything on.yea It looks good but the purpose of buying this phone is so you may make calls.This phone even has problems with that.If you want to just buy this phone for the look go right ahead but I know other people who don't just care about the look and would like it to actually work which it doesnt.Thats why I have given buyers a ebay seller who is actually selling the hiphone that will actually work.
yep i'm alright with you but i just think that a touch screen phone who can call and receive sms and make video etc ... is a good phone and that's enough for many people . I f your really objectiv in your test i hope that someday your gonna make a positiv video for this hiphone . and you should talk about T32 it's a good phone too !

I'm on AT&T so the A88 is no go.(no 850 band)

Yea if you have the old firmware 1.1 then at&t is better.T-mobile customers with this phone can only text other people with T-mobile
