Fight everything you see anyway, it gets you more exp so you lvl faster so that way when you get to the next lvl areas you get a leg up! :P

I play lots of MMOs. Sometimes I ignore baddies I'm not hunting and focus on baddies related to my task. But it's often better to kill than to run, other wise, unless you can lose them, they'll all chase you down until you're horribly outnumbered. So by running you risk getting into a scenario where you're trying to attack a baddie that's related to your quest while at the same time all the guys you ran from are attacking you. My answer to what is my favorite USA City, it's a tie between Hartford, Connecticut and New York City. I like Hartford cause I go there a lot cause I live in Groton, CT and it also has good chinese food and has anime conventions there and New York is because I went there for my 12th birthday, nearly 9 years ago and I just loved it cause I can get awesome stuff from shopping there.

- You barely use your new ice power that raises your defense

- You never block... it's boring (for you) just to sit there and mash the square button, and you get hurt!

- You ESPECIALLY need to block when the skull icon appears... that means they are charging a lethal attack (it told you that in the first mission)

- Are you not going to get the collectables? You walk right through them!

mini map (top right hand corner :)) all sort of dots but whats puzzling me is whats with the red smaller dots and the bigger red dots? are the smaller just mobs and the bigger ones the one u need for the quest or are the bigger ones enemy players? or just harder mobs?

I like 2 cities. The first one would be San Antonio, Tx. My family lives there and I like the River-walk. I have spent my last vacation there and it was sooooo cool. Very warm but humid :-) The second city is my hometown: Würzburg. It lies in germany but it has really great old buildings. a lot of sites to see!!

The green collectibles are for cosmetic items....

Its kind of neat to get them.

At least you get SOMETHING.

Also best way to use ice/melee which I am playing also is when you see a group of guys use your pull move first at a safe distance so you don't get more attacking you than you want.

Lastly, these guys are all a levelish above you in this episode, so since you are skipping some sidequest around the city it is scaling tougher.

You shouldn't skip out on the collectibles, I'm sure there is some benefit to them. In episode 8, I saw you run past a couple of them, and in this you stood right next to one and didn't take it. Other than that, great videos

In other mmorpgs for optimal leveling speed you normally want to be a level or two below the mobs you are fighting. This is because of the way the combat system vs. amount of xp gained works. Not sure how/if this applies to dcuo. Are there any optional lower level quests you missed or ignored?

Generally leaving other mobs unchecked right where you are fighting = death. Also if you pull more mobs than you know you can easily handle rather run sooner- dont wait till you have 5%. come back in 15

I don't own the game or anything but just from RPG experience when you open your inventory at about 9:30 alot of your items that are equipped are in red. Does that mean they are broken and need to be repaired? Maybe you are getting beat quickly because you have some items in need of repair?

1. Don't just run around near the mobs. Be tactical. If they see you, they will attack you. In your case you run through 4-5 of them and get ganged.

2. Be sure to press L2+R2 after you kill an enemy. There were tons of times where you didn't loot your drops. There are some mission drops as well that you need to be aware of which look like question marks.
