  • @Modartist100

    Thanks my friend! Much appreciated!

    JJ

  • Excellent, very nice! Love the old 70s Rock/Jazzy version of Chicago (the 80s ballad version of Chicago - not quite as much).

I think you missed a 32nd note in there - LOL!

  • @MakPortnoy

LOL! Thanks man! I'll try to clean it up a bit!

    JJ

  • Here's to "beginning" another 1,000 JJ!

  • @designedcon

My reasoning exactly! Thanks my friend.

    JJ

  • great cover, gotta love early Chicago.

seeing you're a fan you gotta see the film "Electra Glide In Blue" from 1973(several Chicago members act in the film, the guitarist Terry Kath & bassist Peter Cetera shine as a baddies!)

  • @jasonpp1973

Never heard of that movie, but I'd love to see it!

    JJ

  • Nice song pick. A nice cover to sink your teeth (I mean drum sticks) into. Nice groove, fills and feel JJ....

  • @readyeddy101

Thanks man. Love this song / band...

    JJ

  • This was my wedding song, DJ. I love Danny Serraphane's drumming on this tune, and you just kill it as well, brother......

  • @CHHSE1986

Well thanks man! I hope it brought back good memories!

    JJ

  • Excellent as always.

  • @TheHokkaidogaijin

    Thanks man! Happy Monday...

    JJ

  • JJ, try Dialogue Parts I & II off of Chicago V when you get a chance; or Poem 58 off of Chicago Transit Authority, both are great examples of Danny Seraphine just going to town... Seraphine, Cetera and Kath were the backbone of Chicago.

  • @79Saints

I certainly would if I had those songs! Let me know if

    you do my friend.

    JJ

  • @79Saints Agree 100% on Poem 58.

  • @LeRose222

Thank you LeRose! I love jamming to them too.

    JJ

  • Awesome JJ !!! nice work !!! :o)

  • @CHOUCHOUNE2009

    Thanks Fil!

    JJ

  • Wow! Fantastic job, JJ! I would like to ask a question...and maybe your opinion. What is the difference between a drummer and a percussionist? Are they one and the same? Just curious. Neil

  • @okarab

Thanks! A drummer plays the drums. A percussionist

plays a variety of percussion instruments. So a drummer

is always a percussionist, a percussionist is not always

    a drummer. ;-)

    JJ

  • just recently got in to chicago great band great drumming

  • @bob12345252

Thanks bob! I figured this was good

song to start the road to 2000 on this

    channel.

    JJ

  • @MrJJsDrumTV yea lets hope Warner brother's music finally calms down about the music licensing stuff
