The only thing that sucks about it is the button on the top. Because if its built off the premise that the mouse will be rotating often, why put a button that is biased to a certain direction. Also i didn't see a scrolling cursor which isn't necessary but is highly convenient.

You would get kind of lost when pointing it. It wouldn't really work turned round because every motion with your cursor would be backwards. No point.
