looks like the ball replaces the cascade as his default. i saw someone perform the box once and that simple trick is what made me want to learn to juggle.

Can you tell me the name of the trick you do right at 1:49 to about 1:54? It almost looks like a variation of the box, but I can't quite follow it. And by the way, you are amazing. I really like how glow juggling is becoming its own art form. A lot of stuff behind the body or spinning with the balls in the air don't look as good in this context.

I am struggling getting into the 'box' style moves that featured in that video. I think I need to widen the 1 hand pattern that you seem to use for much of the video, and practice the third ball moves separately.

I've also found a bit of contact can also look cool too...

@MrWeroomaan I started to juggle at 1.1.2011..I wanted to remember day when I started to juggle..It took me about 2-3days to learn 3 ball cascade patern..but just few throws..max 20..I practice alot and about 2 weeks later I learned to juggle that patern easly...Today I know lott of tricks even 4 ball juggling ..I am waiting for goot weather to start practicing 5 ball cascade becouse my celling is to low (: ...The key of juggling is practicing..and a little talent ..KEEP WORKING ! :P

These are all things that he is good at and can easily put into a routine, it just takes a large amount of practice time. This is the reason I'm sticking to 3ball juggling. You have so much freedom with 3 balls, and to me this kind of juggling is so much more awesome than being able to juggle 10 balls in only 1 way, when you can juggle 3 balls in thousands of ways.

I've only juggled a few months, but your videos is a big inspiration to me.

I can do the box, the factory, mills mess and all the small tricks that follow, but I can't juggle at all like the free way you are.
