  • Really brave of you to post this. Maybe it is an good idea to cut down on the Diet Pop. Diet drinks say they contain 0% fat but contain a lot of sugars which makes you gain a lot of weight. The drinks I can advice you are water and green tea. If you want to drink beverages drink regular Coke, in stead of four glasses drink one glass a day. Another great advice I can give you, don't eat anything three hours before your bedtime. I am also trying to lose weight, I commend you on doing this. :)

  • It is a long time ago but there are many videos on you tube and good programs now fr you to lose weight. It has to do with your diet. Not eating mind you but with your diet and also with your excercise. I only have some videos but check them out and see.

  • Hi hun! I am on the same mission as you. I have currently lost 10kg and have 8kg to go. The fat around my stomach is the hardest to lose, I seem to be losing weight everywhere else except for my tummy. I was like you, doing heaps of sit ups ect, then when I joined the gym my instructor said the only way you can lose stomach fat is to eat a clean, healthy diet and also exercises that get your blood pumping (intense cardio/kickboxing). Im doing an insanity workout twice a week, weights 3x a week.

  • work out for the entire day do 80 curl ups try walking for 30min lift weights makes arms stronger and sit on a chair then dont stand UP! just move ur butt off the chair and go down back up and back to step one :D hopefully this helps but if you want more just tell me :D

  • three day diet... its kinda hard but it works! the first day you fastjust drink lots of water and if you want tea is good too. the second day eat only fruit and the third eat only vegetables. then for the next 5 days eat like you do normally. you can do this as much as you want and the first tiime i did it i lost 10 lbs in the 3 day period!

  • 'Naturally thin' people's body use food in a way that regulates their weight and they don't get fat. Same food. Same exercise. But you stay thin or get thin if you started off with excesss weight.

    Well if you're looking to lose weight. Don't randomly exercise loads but still have a sodium, sugar rich diet. You said you drink "diet" pop which yes has less than a calorie but lots of chemicals which could cause damage to the future. So try to eat organic and maybe check out the 4 minute Tabata workout. It'll speed up metabolism for up to 36 hours! It worked for me :) Best wishes!

  • Eat only healthy food and run... a lot! take a run every day and dont eat over 1300kcl pr. day. Diets and quick way to loose weight is never the best way. Eat helathy - fish, eggs, fruits (not more than 3 diffrent fruits pr. day since there is suger in fruit), vegetables, chicken (without skin), whole grain bread (dont eat more than 6 a day), oatmeal etc. If u feel for something sweet or u get craving for candy, make urself a smoothie.

    and remember; it takes time, so dont give up. Good luck!

  • You can do what Josten787 said, but you dont have to deprive yourself. If you want to eat sugar (desert) you can buy low fat ice cream, low fat anything as long as you eat in moderations. I had the same feeling like you i didnt want to stop eating those junks foods, but as you go slowly and start first changing your eating style you wont have a problem. but if you dony like excercise you dont have to, you just change your eating style

  • In stead of "Diet Pop", Try tea, such as raspberry tea. It tastes good and makes you thin. Don't eat margarine, eat butter. Don't eat carbs, eat fat. It's the things that the government tell you not to do that you have to do.

  • My advice is to get some good cardiovascular exercise, like running.

    Go running for at least 30 minutes every morning.

    Start by adding more raw foods into your diet and increase your fruit and vegetable intake.

    also try and eliminate junk food!

  • Your really not the heavy. Most of your fat is in your legs and leg fat is the hardest to get rid of but not impossible. For leg fat do leg lifts. Lay down on your side belly and back and lift one leg at a time about twenty times on each side if your not felling the burn do more. Hope this helped. Good luck.

  • Your legs and butt really aren't that bad tbh, you're just a bigger girl. As for your belly, one thing that might be a big factor is perhaps not how much you eat but WHAT you eat. If you can try to cut out sugar and wheat from your diet as much as possible, it could really make the difference.

  • I would say doing a lot of biking and running. My dad used to weigh 270 and he has lost about 130 pounds. Its because he biked and ate healthy, its all about cardio. But its all pointless if you don't maintain a good diet.

  • I'm a trainer and my suggestion is to go to a nutritionist to get blood work done so they can set up a diet plan. It could be something that your body has that's not making you lose weight. My girlfriend did this and she's doing great, plus she runs marathons so she's constantly burning calories.

    don't eat starchy foods at night eat them in the morning. Stick with fibrous carbs with protein. Stick with water only.

  • Truth be told. Sit ups wont actualy make you lose fat, only gain muscle. so as you do more and more sit ups you will just continue to build muscle under your fat and never be able to see it. The only true way to lose fat is to eat healthy and do cardio like running.

    However, it is possible to lose 20 maybe 25 lbs in 2 months, but you just cant lose 30-40 lbs in that amount of time. Your body can not physically do it.

I'm only going to work out tuesdays and thursday. but I know I won't loose that much weight by then. I also weigh around 160. I used to weight 128 and that was my lowest.     Actually she probably would register as obese or extremely over weight. You would be surprised i was 150 pounds at 5'7 and was actually considered overweight. i managed to loose the excess weight though and now considered healthy

  • Then use your resources for exercise.. Youtube is great for this they have millions of workout videos try and do a thirty minute one a day. WALK everywhere get a pedometer (it count steps) you have to walk 10000 steps a day to be healthy. Its easy to do once you get into it. Apple cider vinegar is good to help promote weightloss. a shot a day in a glass of orange juice. Keep motivated write down all the negative feelings you have about your excess weight and the next time you feel like pigging..

  • Its pritty basic what goes in has to match whats going out or else u will put on weight. there is no magic way to loose weight its hard work eat well and exercise. your making excuses for yourself in your video say that you dont eat that much and do exercise.... Im am not trying to be mean but something is obviously going wrong for you. My advice wold be to first of all become aware of the calories in everything you eat (keep a food diary).....

  • count carbohydrates. The specialist said you can actually starve yourself faster by counting calories then you can carbs. Watch what you eat with sodium as well. Sodium is a big factor not in just weight gain but water weight as well. Exercise rehularly as well, but don't push yourself too much. Good luck in your journey!

  • I have some tips for you if you'd like to take them into consideration. I'm very thick or whatever you wish to call it myself. I've struggled with depression for a while, and depression actually can make you gain weight. Try to find new habits or ways to make yourself happier. If nothing works, try going to someone who specializes whether it's a therapist or a doctor to prescribe medication. Also, my mother is currently in the hospital for pnuemonia. A nutrionist told her don't count calories..

  • @albaadeleena Making smaller portion sizes with your meals is always a good way to kick start a weight loss regeme,you'll see & feel the difference just from doing that alone.You have the power to eat less & move more,so if you're serious about wanting to lose weight that's literally all it takes.Also,try excersising early in the morning on an empty stomach.If you eat breakfast before workout you'll end up burning off the breakfast rather than fat.Trust me,it will work.Good luck.

  • Hello Beautiful :-) Diet pop is really something that is not good .Drink water , small porsons of food maybe five times a day . Vegetables and fruit good for you and healthy for your body , try to eat that every day , instead of food like sausage , burger , meatloaf , try to eat steak , actually it is only in winter time we need meat. I summer eat salad , grilled fish , grilled vegetables. When in need of sugar EAT IT , Eat everything you like , keep the porsons small

Try eating regulerly, every day, Keep your eating habits consistent, even if you eat a little, if you dont do it consistantly youll stay the same.

  • Yuo aren't that bad! I have a suggestion, I know it works from experience. Do pilates! Ab pilates are the best. Within a couple of weeks you will start to see results. Its hard work, I'm not gonna lie, but it is so worth it! You will witle away your tummy and look so great! Good luck!

    at 8:00 or 9:00am eat 2 boiled eggs,(try to exercise also in between each meal)

    at 10:30 eat 1 big red grapefruit(it burns fat)

    at 13:30 eat 200g of chicken breast

    at 15:10 eat 2 apples (does not matter what type)

    at 18:00 eat 200g of fish fillet

    at 20:30 eat 1 big orange !!!

    I know it says eat eat you'll have to drink 2 so hold on to this diet for 10 days and you will loose weight!!

  • my piece of advice is to eat right (I think we all deep inside know what is good for our body and what it's not), exercise as much as you can and watch many weight loss videos on youtube. I think videos are very very helpful either if they are wrong or give good advice you WILL learn something. What to do and what not to do.

  • Ok, this is how i lose loads of wieght.

    I eat 1 slice of toast for breakfast with nothing on it.

    I eat a friut salad for lunch.

    And i eat a salad containing lettuce, cucumber and tomato for dinner.

  • Ok, buy strawberrys and bananas. put it in the blending machine. thats gonna be your breakfast. You can have anything thats under 100 calories like yogurt tbe. anything else like that. thats your lunch. And for supper look whart is in the food like examle if your mom forgot to put the stuff away look in the calories and see what she put in thye meal. after that do the same thing over and over and again and plus exercise and do alot of planks and push ups and crunches! :)

    Basically you want to eat about 6 small meals a day and with each meal you have some form of lean protien (for example lean turkey,chicken breast, egg whites, and plain non fat yogret) and complex carbs (VEGGIES) and make sure you drink LOTS of water....like 2-3liters a day!! ....and if you HATE water try cutting up some cucumber,lemon, and lime and placing it in your jug of water over night!!

  • do more exercise that raises or heart rate, thats the way :)

  • it looks like u got more skin than fat.. u can add swimming, dancing, jogging and some back exercises . It will help u to build muscles " muscles gives u a nice shape"

  • there's nothing wrong with you.

    it's necessary to be healthy, not skinny.

  • It is really really hard to loose weight! But it is even harder to stay motivated. I'm 17 and weight 48kg, It is where i want to be but it is not easy staying there. I ran 4k every morning, and do a range of exercises everyday. Its been 6 months since i've eaten take out! NO MORE HOT CHIPS lol But i feel so much better, you will to hun. I still don't have the confidence to do what you have done
