One of my favorite Reed tracks, and this is a great interpretation.

Lous voice rough and raw is what makes these songs TODAY... and suggestions that he needs to stop are ridiculous... yes he aint the rock and roll animal any more... but the old fart kicks the shit outa his songs like none of the bands today have a clue how to do.....

Beautiful song! and the " Tutututudu Tututuduuudu Oh baby all throu-ought the ni-i-ight!" makes the song really deifferent, like understand the sense, real.

in live the song is very very powerful. The sax is remplaced by a guitar, and they slighty transfer dominant sound from a guitar to another, and this is so cosmic. But the song is then expanded and the second part really sucks. Lou has lost his voice and it's a shame to see him trying to keep up while he should stop.
