Please, dont stretch the line of natural occurring chemicals (THC = Safe) compared to engineered chemicals, like Cadmium, Arsenic, Botanc, Ammonia, Paint, Methanol.

Those chemicals are put into the tobacco, it doesn't naturally occur inside the plant. If you look at Cannabis and Tobacco plants you can easily see the differences; tobacco is worse, addictive.

You really need to educate yourself on this topic, before you act like you know this.

And the decriminalization would eliminate crime (drug dealers, growers, cartels from overseas) and fuel the economy with the taxes generated. Legalize marijuana will eliminate the crime, fool. Look back on prohibition with alcohol, same thing TONS of crime when it was illegal, and when it was legal the crime couldn't survive.

By that thinking why are Alcohol and cigarettes legal? Both of those are far more harmful to the human body. You cannot die smoking pot, theres no chemicals pumped into it (like ciggs) and the human body can still function correctly when smoked (unlike alcohol that kills people).

Legalizing could actually be a very smart move. Personally I don't do drugs, honestly I don't even drink.

But look at what a stranglehold the government has been able to put on cigarettes. If marijuana was legal the government could much better control it's flow, not to mention the income from sales taxes on it. People definitely take the legal rout where possible, no doubt many criminal groups who traffic in marijuana would collapse.
