i LOVE line too! but last stanza even more. "say you drive a chevy, say you drive a ford, you say you drive around the town till you just get bored. and you change your mind for something else to do and your heart gets bored with your mind and it changes you." i don't know of any lyricist/poet who's tackled this sort of human condition dynamic between thought (mind) and feeling (heart) so simply and directly. a HUGE idea, these two aspects of ourselves at odds, how that tension "changes you."

Great interpretation. For me that verse always seemed to suggest that the heart is ultimately in control. After all, the heart is the one getting bored with the mind!

He's alot like life a bit of fun at times solemn& silly but also can be full of great meaning.He is so wonderfully gifted.
