  • hmm worth a try. I've never had an issue with b vitamins. never had a shot. lucky i guess?!? i always take extra and labs have been great. :) thanks for another review MM!

  • soooo I wonder if this is much better than drugstore b12. The thing about B12 is it is hard to absorb like this.  Injections are really better, I am trying to get my surgeon to go ahead and give me a script for the injections before a problem happens
