Who cares? Phelps knows his WR and CR will be beaten by someone else. Why do you think he's swimming so fast? He wants new swimmers to be challenged and current swimmers to keep up with him. He may be cocky but I think it's good for the sport. Everybody got into swimming b/c of him. Stop with the diss, he'll only keep winning gold medals.
