Tbh, if the Reds wanted to invade America. The U.S would get owned. Russia's army is twice the size of the U.S, and a quarter of Americas army is fighting in the middle east. To beat Russia, it would take a coalition of the U.S, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy and Japan. The rest of the NATO armies are small in comparison. But I believe the U.S would be retaken and the Allies would prevail once more.

It would be too expensive and Russian population is 150 million or so while americas is 310 million. Factor in that the russians cannot project power nor have the logitics..they would fail at the epic scale.

@akropiss Theyed invade Alaska first, and the only part of Canada they would care to invade would be the western part of British Colombia, which most of us Canadians don't care mush for that part of the country (40% of Pop. in Ontario, 25% in Quebec, BC 13%) And remember, the US would be the objective, and we know this, so we would just let them move threw as long as they don't go east. (Don't look at me like that, it's not like the US wouldn't intersept a nuke going to NY over a Canadian city)

@akropiss Yes, but the result would be the same, the full force of NATO would be fighting in Europe, Asia and North America. The thing is, the Russians don't want a war, they know that they could not win it (Same thing for us) and there having problems just stoping the insurgency in there asian territorys (Most Russians live on the European side) and there's also the whole Kasekstan issue. But in the end, Russians arn't stupid, and they know what WW3 could mean.
