I'd like to see the United States Constitution enforced for American citizens. But seriously, although our constitution does grant rights to non-citizens, those rights are severely limited. And you must understand that what the U.S. Constitution guarantees is restriction from government violations of certain types of speech; it does not per se grant the individual "free speech" in the sense of how that term is popularly understood.
Honestly as an American I can tell you that you can borrow our constitution..we aren't using it. =D
The new rule of the day is get to the top and step on the most people you possibly can to get there.

I find it strange for youtube to have to right to removed a video based on a legal action with the action isnt illegal.
