How strange is this? I spent this afternoon (Christmas Eve) listening to Bach's Christmas Oratorio, which of course includes the "spacemen" musical segment of Feuilles-O. Then my husband and I took a drive to Manchester, VT for dinner -- the featured dessert was a Feuilletine!
This is an amazing song sung by Art Garfunkel. As far as I know at this moment, it is well known throughout the world (Japan has a version too).
@ kylecrazyford: I just found the link to J.S. Bach on Wikipedia. Art used in the middle of this song (sung in English) the next part of the compositon:
" Oratorio de Navidad Choral 33". Perhaps if you google you can find also an English translation.

Mon enfant est malade, je cours chez le guérisseur Similo
Mon enfant est malade, je cours chez le guérisseur, s'il est bon guérisseur
il me sauvera de la misère

in french it should say something like :
Oh feuilles, Sauvez-moi de ma vie misérable
Mon enfant est malade, je cours chez le guérisseur Similo
s'il est un bon guérisseur,
il me sauvera de ma vie misérable

Sorry, but this is wrong, as this song is not in french at all, it cant be written this way.
the creol version reads :
Fèy, o! Sove lavi mwen. Nan mizè mwen ye, o!
Fèy, o! Sove lavi mwen. Nan mizè mwen ye, o!
Pitit mwen malad, mwen kouri kay gangan Similo.
Pitit mwen malad, mwen kouri kay gangan. Si li bon gangan
Sove lavi mwen, nan mizè mwen ye, o!

I'm sure you're right - it's Haitian creole isn't it. Could you translate the creole into French or English for us?

Oh Leaves, save me from my miserable life
My child is sick, I'll run to the healer Similo
My child is sick, I'll run to the healer
If he is a good healer, he'll save me from my misery
It's a bit hard to translate a traditionnal voodoo song like this but the idea is there
