It's only 50 yards from the line.

One lap is one lap right? Standing Start.

Otherwise you have run two.

most of the guys responding are capturing their second or third lap the second one is fast than the 1st cuz u already have speed u dont have to acc from the start and the guy from need for speed is capturing his first lap and he gets slower time and easy to beat on a second lap...

Yeah, Joe is right - you're more than welcome to use a rolling start to get the best lap :) I just do a genuine start because I know that, even with a rolling start, I can't beat these guys =P Haha!

I remember going up that hill during the Porsche Carrera GT race, my car clipped the last tire stacks on the left, sent it spinning out in the air, landed and managed to not hit the tire stacks on the right and keep going. I finished in 5th though.

Technically, it isn't specified anywhere in the rules that you can't cut a corner. It's also not specified that you can't use nitrous cheats and that you have to play with a non modded version of Shift.

no. you should never drift while doing perfect lines. at least, in real simulation. i don't know maybe this game isn't that real. haven't played it.
