Love the way they were always aware of "product placement" - they sort of had to, they were up against the Pythons. Give me the Goodies any day. Far more accessible - clever and good ideas but not so intellectual and bleedin' studenty (I was a student once)

These men were the funniest thing ever on BBC and shamefully treated by the way they were abandoned to their own personal problems. it would be marvellous to have them do a show again. Maybe they could team up with Michael Crawford and have a Goodies do ave em type show with lots of their own sophisticated comedy.
