I think he's a better scorer then Paul Pierce. He may not get to the line as much career wise or in general, but he's definitely the clutcher and more consistent shooter. Paul Pierce hasn't really seemed engaged in these playoffs either, when he doesn't get to the line his game really suffers. Game 2 pissed me off. Ray Allen was basically keeping them in the game yet they go to Paul Pierce iso's or Rondo at the end there...you're an idiot Doc Rivers.

He can play mid range, long range, drive to the basket, nd if nuttin goes for him he can get to the line or create for others. Basically he can make his own pts. I KNOW! I was yelling at the tv to give Ray Allen the ball. He had 50 pts and tied the NBA record for 3's in a playoff game and they still didn't bother to keep giving Allen the ball.

As for who's better, I have to say Ray. Just for the fact that when he's on, he's on. Paul Pierce can make his own shots, but so can Ray. When Pierce goes to the line who knows if he's going to make the FT or not. As for Ray he's pretty much consistent there. Also what's the age difference?
