cont'd..Vardons probably messed up by refinancing, but I feel for them since they have disabilities and their son's bills must hurt. At least they work, the Harper family really seemed lazy. They re-financed the fancier house. That seems like a theme in more than one extreme make-over family.

My nephew I'm raising is Autistic and Blind(no eyes) and also non-verbal so I get how hard that is. But I think the show extreme makeover needs to give them a meeting with a financial advisor to warn them about this.
