for one thing, ivy is a hard charachter to control, and sooner or later, after a while youll recognize her moves, and you can learn from then, and predict them. i suggest learning to parry, as its very useful, guard too.
K just to tell you if you search for a way to get on Ivy's nerves Astaroth is the best long range character against an other long range when you learn him.
Ok, i have probs against fast and close range players and i don't know that Ivy player but to study a player may help us realize stuff like i'm still a sidestepper with Ivy so some of my moves you can see them comin. Most of the moves i see in this vid are hard to duck under or avoid so i presume he's a good player.

Nah well i have no secret since i play with Ivy better than with any other characters but you will have to use speed and play smart i presume.
