I don't think the "ick" came from breaking the fast with sugar. I do that all of the time. Fever & sugar ... I don't think it was connected. :o)
Meds on an empty stomach is never a good idea. Ha. Is this my second comment on this vid? My computer cut off. Sorry if duplicate. I would definitely take the medicine at night.
